Enciclopédia: X is the outcome of the meeting between Cão Solteiro and the writer Afonso Cruz, and is built around common obsessions and a few pleasures like the tasting of craft beer.
In this piece, a very limited number of spectators (the lucky few), is invited to the inebriating task of ingesting an exquisite set of fermented beverages.
